Please indicate in the contact form below the particular riding holiday and region you are interested in; Soso then will clarify details with the support of his team and answer your questions either via email or phone. Once a decision has been made, a confirmation email will be sent out containing the details of the agreed travel program and services. 

Liability

All riding tours are undertaken at one’s own risk. A good travel health insurance is mandatory for taking part in tours.

Payment/cancellation

Payments with a credit card are not possible.   

Payment is due to Soso's Georgian account (receipt of payment) a day before tourstart or in cash at the start of the tour (hand it to Soso). For a binding reservation, we request a smaller deposit by a certain date, which will be communicated to you upon booking, to Soso's account.
Cancellations: If you cancel before the start of the tour, Soso will only retain the deposit. However, this can be redeemed for every ride with Soso until the following season (credit). From the start of the tour, the full price is due (no refund, but here too you will be provided with credit equal to the deposit). 

In Georgia, a professional handshake is still relied upon. While Soso is an experienced equestrian and tour guide, he is not a travel agent as he is 24/7 with his horses and offers tours from equestrians to equestrians.

In case Soso is out on a riding tour, it could take a bit longer, but your email will be answered. In case you still haven’t received a response, please check your spam folder for new emails.
